All guests are served a full breakfast in the dining room at 8:30 every morning, and we provide coffee, juice, teas, waters, sodas, popcorn, and fresh cookies upon your arrival in your room. As well as having ironing boards and hair dryers in the rooms, all the rooms also have refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers, allowing you the convenience of having snacks available at any time. We provide literature about Fredericksburg attractions, maps, and of course,  Lynn and Kevin  are on-site to help you with any plans.  As we are big "foodies" you will find that we can recommend very fine dining in the area, and after 14 years in Fredericksburg, we are well-established innkeepers and knowledgeable guides of the Hill Country and its many attractions.

This romantic suite comfortably sleeps two adults. Furnishings in this traditional bed and breakfast suite include a queen-size bed, bath with shower, and kitchen/sitting area with cable TV. This suite has two rooms - the sitting room opens directly from where you park in the driveway, and the bedroom opens onto the courtyard and garden. Our traditional bed and breakfast has two bedrooms in the upstairs suites; the Peach and Sun Rooms. These rooms can accommodate up to 4 adult guests in the same party. The entire suite consists of these two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, one bath with shower, a living room with cable TV and a small kitchen. This bed and breakfast accommodation in Fredericksburg was built with the original house and rented as an apartment for many years. It is a large, spacious place for couples and small groups (up to 4 adults) to have an intimate, and private setting for their vacation.
