Policies:

All rooms are non-smoking, but smoking is allowed outside, well away from the doors. There are seating areas and ashtrays outside. We allow children over 12 years old.
We do not allow pets.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel prior to 7 days before your reservation, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your reservation, you will be charged for one night, unless we can rebook the entire reservation. If so, we only charge the $20 processing fee.

Check in:

Assisted check-in between 3 and 6 PM. After that, we will make arrangements.

Room Rates (to which is added 13% hotel tax)

Garden Suite - $135 per night based on double occupancy. (Maximum of 2 guests)

Courtyard Cottage - $160 per night based on double occupancy. (Maximum of 2 guests)

Upstairs Suite - $175 per night based on double occupancy. Each additional guest, up to a maximum of 4 total guests is $25 more per night. (3 Guests - $200, 4 Guests - $225)
